Biography

I am a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of British Columbia Okanagan pursuing an Aerospace concentration. I have a strong passion for composite materials and advanced manufacturing, with a particular interest in aerodynamic design. As the Aerodynamics Lead for UBCO Motorsports, I work extensively with carbon fibre composites, as most of our aerodynamic package is manufactured from carbon fibre. Through this role, I have gained hands-on experience manufacturing sandwich panels and structural components using mold preparation, fibre layups, resin infusion, and other composite manufacturing techniques. I also enjoy spending time outdoors through activities such as skiing and rock climbing, and I previously played competitive soccer and coached youth players. At CRN, I am excited to continue expanding my knowledge of composite materials and contribute to innovative engineering research.
